About the role

Assisting our dispute resolution and commercial recoveries team, you’ll be instrumental in the day to day running of the department. A natural organiser with strong communication skills you will provide solid support to our lawyers, and to our clients while they go through the often challenging situation of mediation or litigation. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Making sure our service standards are delivered consistently and proactively, every client, every time.
  • Proactively liaising with clients to keep them updated on their cases at all times, acting as first point of contact.
  • Managing diaries and organising remote / in person appointments.
  • Dealing with client and court correspondence and billing.
  • Opening and closing client files on the case management system.
  • Scanning, copying and archiving documents and preparing large, complex court bundles.
  • Supporting the wider resolution and recovery team with general administration.

Ideally we’re looking for someone who has previous dispute resolution or litigation experience – with a knowledge of civil procedure rules, PLC and case management systems.

You’ll enjoy prioritising to deadlines, have a good eye for detail and an ability to work at pace while maintaining gold-levels of client service.

With access to a structured induction programme as well as ongoing training programmes tailored to you, you’ll have opportunities to grow, develop and progress.
