Fancy shaking things up? We’re adding to our business support team with this fast paced and multi-faceted role!

Working from our fantastic reception space in Chester, you’ll be the welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for clients, partners and potential employees of HM Legal. You’ll also put your people and administration skills to good use by supporting our marketing and talent teams.

Each day will be different and you can expect to be a busy bee! There’ll be lots of opportunities for you to shine. Well presented, proactive and with a true love of working with people, you’ll thrive when working at pace and on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception & Administration – meeting and greeting all visitors, organising room bookings and catering and helping to prepare for in house events, seminars and training sessions, assisting with administration requests from across the business.
  • Brand & Communications – assisting with marketing administration, data management, research, initial content drafting and scheduling social media. Creative flair would be a bonus.
  • Talent & Recruitment – supporting with recruitment administration, organising screenings and interviews and advertising new opportunities.

We’re looking for an experienced administrator or receptionist ideally, who has had exposure to recruitment or marketing activities. You’ll be highly organised, able to balance and prioritise your workload and deliver an engaging and welcoming service to everyone you come into contact with. Your existing team will offer lots of support and on the job training, in addition to a structured induction and training plan.
