Working from our fantastic city centre office in Chester, you’ll be the first point of contact for the administration needs of your legal and operational colleagues, across the business.

About the role

Each day will be different and there’ll be lots of opportunities for you to shine as an individual. Well presented, proactive and with a flair for organising, you’ll thrive when working at pace and on your own initiative. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with stakeholders at every level across the business.
  • Prioritising and actioning administration requests to deadlines e.g. open and close files, scanning, preparing large court bundles, archiving.
  • Organising and setting up meetings rooms and assisting with organising events.
  • Sorting, scanning, distributing and sending post.
  • Taking client payments.
  • Assisting with office management and facilities processes e.g. new starters, banking runs.

You’ll be highly organised, able to balance and prioritise your workload and deliver an engaging and welcoming service to everyone you come into contact with.

Your existing team will offer lots of support and on the job training, in addition to a structured induction and training plan.

Legal experience and / or training would be an advantage.
